37 multiple sclerosis(MS) patients and 21 rheumatoid arthritis(RA) patients were interviewed. All users said a high level of safety is important. 100% of the RA patients/92% of the MS patients found the UltraSafe Passive® delivery system easy to use; 74% of the MS patients/71% of the RA patients said they would choose the UltraSafe Passive® delivery system over their current delivery device.
